Reports and attribution

How orders are credited to creators (link first, code second), what counts as Eligible Net Sales, and what your monthly and end-of-pilot reports show.

How an order is credited

Each creator gets their own tracking link and discount code. One rule decides which creator an order belongs to, in this order:

  1. 1Link first: a click on the creator's link within 30 days before the order (or the window in your agreement). If several creators' links were clicked, the latest click counts.
  2. 2Code second: when no link click qualifies, the creator's discount code on the order, used while the campaign was live.
  3. 3A post-purchase survey answer is noted as a signal only. It never assigns sales on its own.

An order is credited to one creator at most, so nothing is counted twice.

What counts as Eligible Net Sales

The value of the products in the order after discounts and refunds. Sales tax and shipping never count, and neither do cancelled, unpaid, test or charged-back orders, or orders your store flags as fraud.

Where the order data comes from

We connect to Shopify stores. Your Fluenspire contact sets up the connection with you, and My brand on your dashboard shows whether it is connected. Orders then arrive every night, with refunds kept up to date.

Your reports

Reports are checked by our team, then issued under Reports on your dashboard with a PDF. Each one shows orders, Eligible Net Sales, average order value (AOV) and cost per order (CAC). Paid-ads results are shown in their own block, never mixed with store sales.

An issued report never changes. If something needs correcting, we issue a new version.

FAQ

Quick answers

Do survey answers count as sales?

No. A survey answer is shown as a signal. Only link clicks and discount codes credit an order to a creator.

Do you promise a level of sales?

No. A pilot is a measured test. Your reports show what happened, counted by the rules in your agreement.
