Our method

How we choose brands and creators, and how we measure a pilot.

The principles behind every Fluenspire pilot, what we look for in a brand and in a creator, and the standards we hold to. Our team reviews every creator, and you approve each one.

Clear criteria · Results measured · Every creator approved by you

Principles

Four rules behind everything we do

Before the criteria: how decisions get made at Fluenspire.

Our team makes the call

Every brand we approach and every creator we suggest is reviewed by our team, and nothing goes out to anyone without our team's sign-off.

Evidence before claims

We say only what we can support, and an estimate is always labelled as one.

Everything in writing

Scope, price, creators, dates and how results are counted are written down before a pilot starts, so there is nothing to argue about at the end.

Measured, not promised

A pilot is an experiment. We promise how it will be run and how it will be counted, never what it will sell.

Brands

What we look for in a brand

Consumer brands in skincare, haircare, dental and oral care, fitness, and supplements and wellness.

  1. A product creators can show

A consumer brand selling under its own name, with a product that makes sense on camera: something a creator can use, show and talk about honestly.

  2. Ready to sell today

A working online store, real customer reviews and a checkout that works on a phone. Creator traffic arrives on mobile, so the store has to be ready for it.

  3. Economics that can work

An order value and margin that can pay for creators and still leave the brand a profit. If the numbers can't work, we tell you before you spend anything.

  4. Claims a creator can repeat

Product claims a creator can say on camera without making a health or drug claim. Where a claim needs care, we flag it in the brief.

Creators

What we look for in a creator

Fit and a responsive audience come before reach. Our team reviews every creator, and you approve each one.

An audience that responds

We look at how a creator's audience responds to their recent work, not just at follower counts. A smaller, engaged audience often beats a larger, quiet one.

Content that fits the brand

A creator who already makes content in the brand's industry, in a style that suits the product. Fit comes before reach.

A size that suits a pilot

We usually work with engaged, mid-sized creators, because that is where a fixed-price pilot can be measured cleanly and repeated.

You approve every creator

Our team reviews every shortlist, and you see each creator with the reason we suggest them. Nobody is booked for your campaign without your OK.

Rates confirmed in writing

A creator's rate is an estimate until the creator confirms it in writing, and we label it that way. Offers use the rate the creator confirms.

Respectful contact

We don't chase creators with repeated messages, and anyone who asks not to be contacted is never contacted again.

Measurement

How a pilot is measured

One rule decides which creator an order belongs to, in this order, and it is written into the agreement before the pilot starts.

  1. 01

    A tracking link first

Each creator gets their own tracking link. An order counts for the creator whose link was clicked last, within 30 days by default (the window is written into the agreement).

  2. 02

    A discount code second

Each creator also gets their own code. A code only counts when no link qualifies, and only while the campaign is live plus a short tail after it.

  3. 03

    Survey answers as a signal

A post-purchase "where did you hear about us" answer is shown as a signal, but it never adds revenue on its own.

  4. 04

    Clean revenue only

Each order counts for one creator at most. We count merchandise after discounts and refunds. Tax, shipping, cancelled, refunded, unpaid and test orders count as zero.

What you receive

You receive customer acquisition cost, average order value and attributed revenue per creator. Paid-ads results are reported in their own block and never added to store sales. Our team checks every report before it is issued, and an issued report never changes; a correction is a new version.

Our limits

What we never do

The standards we hold to on every pilot.

  • Make an accusation about a creator or a brand that we can't show.
  • Publish a private judgement or estimate about a brand.
  • Name a client, or a client's results, without written permission.
  • Promise sales, revenue or any level of results. We run a measured experiment and report what happened.
  • Contact a brand or a creator without our team's approval.
FAQ

Questions about our method

Does a good fit mean a brand will do well with creators?

No. Fit decides who we approach and which creators we suggest; it is not a forecast. Only a pilot, measured with links and codes, shows what creators actually do for a brand's sales.

Can I see what you would suggest for my brand?

Yes. Ask for a free teardown and we send it by email: where creators fit your brand, which kinds of creators we would suggest and what a first pilot could look like.

How do you choose creators?

We look at how a creator's audience responds to their recent work and whether their content fits the brand. Our team reviews every creator, and you approve each one before anyone is booked.

How do I correct something you hold about my brand or about me?

Contact us and we'll fix errors. You can also ask for a copy of your personal data or for its deletion through our data request form, answered within 30 days.
