- 01
Brand review
We review every brand before proposing anything: store readiness, order value and fit with creator content. If a pilot wouldn't work, we tell you early, not after you've paid for a campaign.
- 02
Research & teardown
We build a free one-page teardown for your brand: one content gap we see, two creators who fit it and one pilot idea, matched to your niche, budget and target audience. Written for you, never a generic deck.
- 03
Pilot
A focused, fixed-scope, fixed-price pilot — one or two creators, a defined start and end date, clear deliverables. A 50% deposit clears before anything moves. No open-ended commitment while you're still evaluating fit.
- 04
Measurement
Every creator gets a unique tracking link and discount code from post one. You get CAC, AOV and attributed revenue, reported in plain language and reconciled monthly.
- 05
Retainer
Pilots that prove out move to a monthly retainer — expanding the creator roster and, where the data earns it, adding paid amplification through properly licensed Partnership Ads or Spark Ads. Each campaign starts faster than the last.
Everything a campaign needs, handled end to end.
You don't reconcile five vendors to run one campaign. Fluenspire owns the whole chain.
- Creator sourcing, vetting, and authenticity checks
- Contract negotiation and FTC-compliant briefs
- Content approvals and disclosure compliance review
- Attribution tracking: links, codes and monthly reconciliation
- Monthly performance reconciliation and reporting
- Paid amplification rights and platform setup (Spark Ads / Partnership Ads)

Questions about the process
The practical details: timelines, inputs, approvals and licensing.
How long does a pilot typically take?
Most pilots run a few weeks from creator confirmation to final report — enough time for content to go live, tracking to accumulate, and a real read on performance.
What do you need from us to get started?
A few lines in writing: what you sell, your margins and your CAC/AOV goals. Ask for your free one-page teardown at fluenspire.com/start; no call is needed, though one is there if you want it. Then product for the creators once a pilot is scoped and the deposit clears. You send the product to our US receiving partner at the address in your kickoff email. It is checked on arrival and forwarded to each creator once they have confirmed, so you never need a creator's home address. Oversize or fragile items ship straight from you to the creator, by exception and agreed in writing. Forwarding postage is billed at cost, with no markup.
Do we get a say in which creators are used?
Yes — the free one-page teardown names specific candidates with rationale, your proposal confirms them, and nothing moves to a contract without your approval on the shortlist. You approve the creators, the content, and the disclosure before anything goes live.
What happens after a successful pilot?
We move to a monthly retainer: expanding the roster, adding paid amplification where the data supports it, and reusing the research already built, so each campaign starts faster than the last.
How is paid amplification licensed?
As a separately contracted service — never bundled silently into an organic fee. Typically a 90-day, non-exclusive digital advertising license for the approved deliverables, with duration, platforms, and renewal terms spelled out before launch.
