How we protect your data, your money and your name.

The security, privacy and payment safeguards built into how Fluenspire runs, for brands and creators alike.

Payments through Stripe · FTC disclosure checked on every post · Deletion on request

Security

Accounts and access

Every account sees only what it should, and every sensitive change by our team leaves a record.

Passwords and sign-in

Passwords are stored only as strong one-way hashes, never in readable form. New accounts confirm their email address, and repeated sign-in attempts are limited.

Only your own data

A brand sees only its own campaigns, reports, documents and invoices; a creator sees only their own work and payments. Brand owners decide who on their team can see invoices, and a removed colleague loses access at once.

Encrypted where it matters most

Creators' payout details, their signed tax forms and the access keys of connected stores are encrypted before they are stored. Creators never type a tax ID or bank account number into the app: the tax ID is only on the signed form, which only our payments team can open, and every opening is logged.

An audit log nobody can edit

Role changes, account pauses, merges, money actions, refunds, payouts and data requests are recorded with who did what and when. Entries can't be edited or deleted, and passwords, tokens and secrets are never written into them.

Private click tracking

Our tracking links count clicks without storing anyone's IP address: we keep only a scrambled value that changes daily, and click records are deleted after 13 months.

Paused in one step

If an account is misused, our team can pause it with a written reason. The person is signed out everywhere at once and can't sign back in until it is lifted.

Your data

Data handling and deletion

We hold personal data only to run campaigns, pay creators and answer messages.

Accurate, correctable records

Every business contact we keep records where it came from, so we can correct or remove it on request.

Ask for a copy or for deletion

Anyone can use our data request form to ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about them, or for its deletion. You confirm the request from a link we email you (valid for 7 days), and we answer within 30 days.

What deletion removes and keeps

Deletion removes your contact details, notes, messages and login. Records the law requires us to keep, such as invoices, payments and signed contracts, stay with your name and contact details removed.

Never contacted again

A deleted email address goes on our do-not-contact list and is never contacted again.

Want a copy of your data, or want it deleted?

Use our data request form. Read more in our privacy policy.

Payments

Money handled by the book

Brands pay through Stripe; creators are paid on written terms. Our cash rules protect both sides.

Payments through Stripe

Invoices are paid on Stripe's own secure pages, by card or US bank debit, so card numbers are entered with Stripe and never with us. Payment updates from Stripe are signature-checked before we act on them.

The deposit rule

A pilot starts with a 50% deposit. You can review and sign your agreement first, but no creator is booked until the deposit has cleared. A bank payment still processing doesn't count, and a refund puts the rule back in force.

A second approval for every refund

Every refund needs a written reason and approval from a second team member, and it shows on your invoice history.

Creators paid on written terms

A creator's base fee is due within 7 days of their content being approved and the brand's payment clearing, and never later than 45 days after approval, even if the brand pays late. Monthly bonuses are paid on the 20th of the following month, after a tax form has been verified.

Compliance

Disclosure and honest marketing

FTC rules apply to us directly, not only to brands and creators, so we build them into the workflow.

A disclosure check on every post

Before a sponsored post can be approved or published, a disclosure check must be complete: the platform's paid-partnership label, a clear tag such as #ad near the start of the caption, a spoken or on-screen mention on video, and honest, supported claims.

Weak tags refused

Vague tags that don't tell viewers a post is paid, such as #sp, #collab or #ambassador, don't pass the check. Risky product claims are flagged for our team to review.

Disclosure in every agreement

Every creator brief and agreement includes a disclosure clause. Creators know the rules before they post, not after.

Respectful outreach

Every message we send carries a way to opt out, and an address on our do-not-contact list is never written to again. Our team approves every message.

No sales guarantees

We never promise sales, revenue or rankings. Everything we publish is reviewed so that every claim is one we can back up.

FAQ

Questions about trust and safety

Who operates Fluenspire?

Fluenspire is operated by ThreePeak Group LLC.

How is my data protected?

Passwords are stored as one-way hashes, payout details and tax forms are encrypted, and card payments are handled on Stripe's own secure pages. Each safeguard is described on this page.

Do you sell personal data?

No. We use personal data to run campaigns, pay creators and reply to messages, and for nothing else.

Can I see what you hold about me?

Yes. Use the data request form to ask for a copy. We confirm it is you by email first, then send the copy within 30 days.

What happens to my money if a pilot doesn't go ahead?

Your agreement sets out what is refundable. Any refund is recorded with its reason and approved by a second team member, and it shows on your invoice history.
