A clear offer, before anything else
Your Fluenspire contact sends offers only once the brand's deposit has cleared, so the work is paid for before it starts. Every offer states:
- Your fee and any performance bonus.
- The exact deliverables and their due dates.
- How many revisions are included.
- How long the brand may use your content.
- When you are paid.
An offer that leaves any of these out can't be sent. You accept or decline each offer on your dashboard: accepting means typing your full legal name, which signs your creator agreement (you can download it as a PDF). Questions first? Ask your Fluenspire contact.
Your product
The product comes from us. As soon as you accept an offer, your campaign page asks for your mailing address, and you can change it there until the product ships. Only our team sees it. The brand sends the product to our US receiving partner, and it is forwarded to you from there, so the brand doesn't need your home address. Oversize or fragile items sometimes ship straight from the brand: your contact asks you first before your address is shared. Free product counts as a connection to the brand, so it is disclosed like a fee.
The product is yours to keep (unless your offer says it goes back), and you never pay for it or its postage, even if the campaign is cancelled.
Sending your drafts
Your brief and the disclosure checklist are on your campaign page; when your contact sends the brief by email instead, the page says so and the draft form is open. When a draft is ready, send it from your campaign page: paste the link and the caption you will post, and we check the disclosure before the brand sees it. Each deliverable shows where it stands: waiting for your brief, brief sent, in progress, with the brand, changes requested, approved or published.
Approvals and change requests
The brand approves your draft or asks for changes. If they ask for changes, you see their note on your dashboard as a next step. Revisions beyond the number in your offer are something to agree with your contact first.
Disclosure on every sponsored post
Nothing can be approved or published until its disclosure check is complete. Every sponsored post needs:
- The platform's paid-partnership label, where the platform has one.
- A clear tag such as #ad or #sponsored in the caption, before "see more". Vague tags like #sp or #collab don't pass.
- On video, the sponsorship said out loud and shown on screen.
- Only your real experience, and no medical or performance claims that can't be supported.
