Settings and privacy
The account owner finds these under Settings and privacy on the dashboard:
- Creator Index: switch your brand between listed and opted out. Editions already published stay as they were.
- Public brand page: hide it at any time. To show it again, contact our team.
- Your data: ask for a copy of your data, or for its deletion.
Asking for a copy or for deletion
Anyone can use our data request form, with or without an account. Confirm the request from the link we email you (valid for 7 days) and we answer within 30 days.
Deletion removes your contact details, notes, messages and login. Records the law requires us to keep, such as invoices, payments and signed agreements, stay with your personal details removed. A colleague's deletion request covers only their own login.
